The GTDL Spring season has ended and the Party/Awards/Meeting/Tournament will be held on Saturday, July 12th, 5:00 p.m. at the Side Pocket in Port Arthur. We encourange members to bring any type of "Pot Luck" dish they would like. Our Weekend Tournament is scheduled for less than a year away and our members providing dishes helps defray added expense to the league account. If possible, try to bring food items before 5:00 p.m..
(Please call Cheryl Simmons at 727-4009 or 540-1574 with what dish you're bringing in order to avoid everyone bringing the same dish.)
Awards presentation will begin at approximately 6:00 p.m.. Please arrange for awards pickup if unable to attend. Any unclaimed awards will be left at the Side Pocket and could possibly get misplaced.
The GTDL End Of The Season Blind Draw Tournament will begin immediately after the awards presentation. No late entries accepted.
So everyone plan to attend. Come on out and have fun!
